My Aadhar is linked with Sbi, but it has not been linked in NPCI server even after two weeks.What can be the problem?

Method 1:

You can tell about the adhaar seeding problem to the branch manager of the bank ….he/she will tell that the adhaar is linked with account but u can tell that if it is linked why can't i get subsidies also why its not showing the linking status on  ADHAAR & BANK LINKING STATUS

so he/she will check deeper into their database and will rectify it.Enter aadhar details in CBS(core banking system)and upload adhaar details on NACH.

Try to tell the branch manager about this..👆

if your branch manager is not listening to you then u can use the below method….

Method 2:

I was having the same problem in sbi .The solution is to download the adhaar seeding form from NPCI(National payments corporation of india) website in circular no .268 it is a pdf download it and at the end of the document u will get adhaar seeding form take the printout of that adhaar seeding form..Fill the form submit in the branch with adhaar copy by telling them to seed the adhaar in the account after they will give u the stamp on the form take the snap of it then submit the form in bank ..the bank employee will tell u that he/she doesnt link adhaar with npci..but u just need to submit the application form in the branch.NPCI will force them to do this by contacting higher authorities.

Now mail the snapshot of the form to the email id below:

npci.dbtl@npci.org.in

With the subject in the mail that: Adhaar inactive in npci

Also tell them that u have submitted the form in the branch..then they will take care of your problem.

In my case , My adhaar was inactive & linked with my previous bank account which was closed two years back.. so i had to mention previous bank details in the form …like the bank name and IIN number earlier called BIN number: A number given by npci to every bank to uniquely identify the banks for releasing subsidies so u have to mention the IIN number

If u ask any bank employee to give u IIN number ..i bet not even a single person even the manager cant tell u about it because they dont know what it is…simply they r not up to date.(especially goverment banks CBI and Sbi)

U have to dig the internet a bit. U will get the IIN number of different banks for both AePS and ABPS and both numbers are different …u have to download ABPS For this issue.. search your bank and write the iin number
