THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS RELATED TO PC GAMING AND PC BUILDS
ANS.
No u cant ..the minimum requirements of gta 5 is 8gb ram for smooth gameplay, i u will have 4gb ram u will face fps drops and lags, atleast a 4 core processor or a dual core hyperthreaded ,if u want to play on onboard graphics buy a 7th gen g4560 its almost equal to an i3, if u have budget add a good gpu like 1050ti ,rx470 or 460, 750ti, gt 1030 and gtx 1060 hope it helps
Q)Which one should I buy, GTA 5 or Far Cry 4?
ANS.
Dont buy any of them just download them ,hope u know from where u should download , actually both are awesome games
Q)Can I run GTA 5 without graphic card with 4gb ram, 7th generation intel core 7?
Yup bro u can play cause, u have the beast processor i.e. i7 u can still play on your integrated gpu hd 630 u can play at 720p normal settings and can easily get about 30–35 fps …if u can add one more 4gb stick because due to ram it can cause fps drops , also if u want to play gta 5 at high setting at 1080p, u definetly have to add a good gpu ..i play gta 5 at normal settings with my integrated gpu 720p and i get about 25–30fps with by integrated hd 510 gpu . but i7 is much powerful so it can play at higher fps ..my recommendation is that plz add 4gb more ram and in dual channel it will help a lot for gaming ..maybe u can get a boost in fps about 3–4 hope it helps .
Q)Is there any gaming PC better than the Xbox One X in the same price range?
ANS.
Bro,U r comparing two different things ..one is truely meant for gaming and other one can be used for both gaming and other professional works ..so at the price of 500$ u can definetly build a pc …that can dominate all the games today in the market , u can play at 1080p high to ultra settings easily at 50–60 fps and on low demanding games such as lol (league of legends, csgo ,dota 2 , minecraft at 1440p maxed out 100+fps pc does have an edge here because it can be used for both gaming and other purposes .. So if i would be u ,i will definetly get a pc instead of a console these are the parts list
Cpu: intel pentium g4560 7th gen kabylake
Mobo: gigabyte or msi h110 series( make sure to update the bios of the motherboard before installing the cpu, either it will be factory updated or u might have to request the store person to update it ,also u can go to service center and there u can update it)
Ram : 8gb ddr4 2133 mhz , brand :hyperx fury,corsair,crucial,etc.
Psu: 400–450 W brand: corsair , evga, antec,cooler master
HDD: 1TB brand: WD,SEAGATE,TOSHIBA
cabinet: Any of your choice
Finally the beast GPU: Nvidia geforce gtx 1050ti 4gb ddr5 brand : zotac, msi, evga
Plz do buy all the products offline it is 10–20% cheaper than online plz do check the product before buying they can fool u by giving duplicate product , especially asian market
Q)Which laptop should I buy for 35,000? It should be good for entertainment and gaming (especially GTA 5 should work?
Bro if u want portability u can buy a laptop.. But i will never recommend a laptop if u want to play games. If u like pc and if u dont want pc portability then u can build a beast gaming pc at 35k ..that can run any games at 60+fps 1080p if u still want a laptop i will recommend u this one
Asus A555LF-XX410T it is currently out of stock online .but u can get it offline and dont give more than 36k ideal laptop for light gaming and entertainment
Q)How good are Nvidia graphics in laptops?
ANS.
They are just not good ..they help a bit in light-medium gaming ,dont expect much from them …they can be compared with the pc graphic cards like gt 710 or even below it .. Also 940mx performance is decreased due to thermal constraints so the gpu’s on laptop are simply not worth it.
Q)Which motherboard is best for a GTX 1050 TI?
ANS.Depends on your budget bro.even the entry level h110 series motherboards are best for the gtx 1050ti… if u want to get additional feature like overclocking ,better ram frequency, more ram slot, more pci e slot , more sata ports, etc.( if ur an advance user) u can get 200 series boards like b250 , h270, z270 these all are 7th gen mobo’s , similary. B150 h170 and z170 these are 6th gen
Note : there is no entry level mobo for 7th gen like it was for 6th gen (h110) there is no mobo like h210 ,but bios update of h110 will do the job and will support 7th gen CPUs
Q)What should be added to improve my laptop's performance in gaming, an SSD or RAM? Suggest anything else if that would be better.
ANS.
Definetly bro u can go with the ram it will help a lot in games .minimum ram nowadays for gaming is 8gb. So at least u should have first 8gigs of ram ..then after that if u want u can add ssd for faster game loading , faster boot times etc.
Talking about the upgradability in laptops it is very much limited.
Q)Can I run Assassin’s Creed: Origins with 4 GB RAM and graphics?
ANS.
For assassins creed origins you should have minimum 6gb ram and quad core processor also a gpu 650 or above.
Q)Which is a better graphics card for a laptop for gaming - a GTX 1050 or GTX 950M (N16-GT)?
ANS.
Obviously bro gtx 1050 is far better than 950m .A 950m is comparable to a older gpu used in desktop i.e gt 710 or even below it , it wont give u a good gaming experience due to thermal constraints
Talking about gtx 1050 it is a bang for buck card . If u have a quad core processor or even a dual core hyperthreaded cpu u can get good gaming experience
Any games 1080p high settings 45–50 fps this is only about the AAA titles and for esports game u can max out the settings and can get 100+fps
Q)Which is better, a i7 + 2gb graphics card or i5 with 4gb graphics card, for gaming and college purposes?
ANS.
When u talk about gaming i would never recommend a laptop. But talking about your query .An i5 is enough for gaming and every other purpose
Dont spend some extra bucks for the i7
i5 with 4gb graphics card is good for playing games but i worry that it maybe a 4gb ddr3 card .if it is ddr5 ,its well n good
Talking about the gpu provided on laptops like 920m ,940mx, 930m and some amd gpus are not worth it . they will simply cant do much in gaming . so u need keep your expectation a bit low
i.e. play games at low settings which are graphic and cpu intensive for comfortable 30+fps
Q)What are the precautions one should take while buying a laptop?
First of all bro u should check the after sale service of different brands. Are they providing good service? Because laptop parts can get damage anytime , for eg. Keyboard ,mousepad so first priority to check the service of the brand
Second check the price to performance ratio of the laptop ..Is the laptop giving u a good value for money ? Are the specs provided on the laptop worth for its price?
Finally, a important point is that laptops in the budget segment are packed with 4gb of ram and they come with windows 10 , so windows takes almost 1.2–1.3 gb of ram memory . so when ur going to multitask heavily .the laptop will slow down and u may notice a bit lagginess and sometimes ur pc may hang
Even if ur having a beast of a cpu like i5 or i7 so ,my suggestion is that plz go with minimum 8gb of ram in laptops or u can simply add one more 4gb stick to your laptop
Also it will help u in gaming.
Q)Do I need to uninstall every driver and all updates related to my old graphics card before I fit in a new card in my PC?
ANS.
Ya u need to remove every drivers of your graphic card if u r buying a new one no need to remove the physx driver u can just update it ..Remove all the drivers then restart your pc then install the fresh drivers of the new gpu may be 1050 ,1050ti ,1060, rx 460 ,rx 470 ,550,etc.
Enjoy the Latest AAA TITLES
Q)What are the best NVIDIA GPU distributors?
ANS.
All are equal there is no comparison. They put the same gpu chip its only about the design of the card and their ability to dissipate heat and maintain the chip at lesser temperature for good performance.
Q)Is intel Pentium g4400 good for gaming?
ANS.
Yeah this processor is decent for professional works. …also for gaming when the requirement of the game is only 2 cores…..but when it comes to games where they demand more cpu power i.e. they demand the no. of cores, there the pentium g4400 would struggle..because games like gta 5. ,battlefield 1 they demand more cpu more than the gpu…so i would suggest u to buy…one of the most popular processor when it was launched in the budget segment i.e pentium g4560 kabylake 7th gen…the only difference between the g4400 and g4560 is that the g4560 has hyperthreading….due to which your windows operating system reads your processor as a 4 core processor … but its not truly quad core..it has 4 threads and 2 cores …while g4400 has 2 cores and 2 threads…..when pentiums are hyper threaded …then it is almost equal to an i3 of 7th gen… but now they have included 4 cores to an i3 of 8th gen because no one was buying the 7th gen i3 because the performance given by both i3 and g4560 was almost same and there was a price difference of more than 50% .so go with g4560 ,nowadays its price are high because the demand is more and the production of the cpu is less…because intel is forcing peoples to buy i3… g4560 was the most discussed processor when it was released ..because it totally destroyed the i3… for the price to perfomance.. So go with g4560 its best for budget gaming ..u can play any game till date pair it with a good gpu like gtx 1050 or 1050ti with 8gb ram is must …because for gaming nowadays u should have minimum 8gb ram ..ok thanks..
Q)What is the minimum GPU that the RYZEN 3 1300X supports? I just want a minimum GPU for now for surfing the net and other things, but not for gaming.
ANS.
Yup ,the major con of the ryzen line up is that they dont have any integrated gpu.The minimum gpu u can get nowadays nvidia gt 210…will be around 1–2.5k INR .u also mentioned that u dont want to game … so go with this…also if u like to edit videos and a bit gaming go with nvidia gt 1030 ..it will be around 4–5k INR in local stores…THE GT 1030 provides good value for money….
Q)Which is the perfect power supply for the i3-8100 and the GTX 1050 (no extra lights general configuration)?
ANS.
Taking a good power supply for the system is very necessary.Because in electronic components if u give them a variable supply …the chances that ur component can get damage …Basically BJT(Biploar junction transistor) and MOSFET’s are used in psu..so this type of transistor get damaged due to incorrect electricity and thermal runway..for your budget build i would recommend psu from brands like corsair, cooler master, evga, i m currently using corsair vs 450 for about 1 year now..i would like to suggest this psu to you cooler master, and evga are also great…specially 80+bronze ones in evga. For your build 400- 450W is more than enough..Dont take psu’s from brands like i ball ,intex etc..they use cheap transistors..also they dont provide any provision in their to turn the pc off if there is a variable voltage
Q)Is the Intel i5-650 good for modern games?
ANS.
No its equivalent to a new pentium series.
Q)Which is the better processor, an i3 8th generation or a Core i5 5th generation?
ANS.
Both have same no. Of cores & threads. But buy the i3 8100 or 8th gen …coffeelakes are powerful now…also 14nm chip consumes less power and the 8th gen chip r very mature u can get the best out of a 14nm chip.
Anytime i3 8th gen.
Q)How big is the performance gap for gaming between the Ryzen and its Intel counterparts?
ANS.
It good to see amd growing up day by day…Amd is always good when providing extra hardware for lesser price.Earlier amd processors were not that powerful when compared to intel..But from the launch of ryzen 1st gen the gap between the performance has reduced..Also when it comes to multithreading application Ryzen always goes ahead because of more no. Of cores & threads also there multithreading technology is better than intel. After the launch of ryzen 2nd gen performance gap is negligible in gaming but ryzen goes ahead in editing, video rendering, streaming and all the multithreading application.
But still why after the super development of amd why games are always 5–10fps ahead in intel chipset? Because i think the game engine is very old and they still favor limited cores and also it may be the problem of optimization. But i have to admit one fact that though intel provide less hardware (no. Of cores) they are powerful.
I hope in the future amd will beat intel with their 7nm 'NAVi' chips..if ur planning to build pc with dedicated gpu take amd ryzen for getting value for ur money. Also intel prices are very high nowadays it will be fool decision to buy intel for next few months for eg: i5 8400 was for 13k but now 19k ..really waste of money…it better to ger ryzen 5 2600 when i5 8th gen is so expensive.
Also building on amd will be future proof ..But if u only want to game take intel but after the price reduction ..i5 8400 was really worth for the price of 13k….i know it was a diplomatic answer….thanx'
Q)What are the games that I can run with an i5 7200U 2.5 GHz Intel CPU and Nvidia MX130 2GB graphics card?
ANS.
Dont expect much…u can play old games easily at high settings ful hd..but when it comes to AAA titles like battlefield ,far cry 5 ,shadow of tombraider ,etc your laptop will struggle to draw fps over 30 above at high…
U have to play at low -med setting in hd resolution for comfortable fps i.e over 30
Has the graphics performance in games reached a saturation point now that NVIDIA is concentrating more on the aesthetics of the games with the release of RTX cards?
ANS.
No, i dont think that so that the graphics quality in games has reached a limit.A lot of things are still to be improved. There is always scope of development .
Rememeber when we had good old games having poor aliasing …Now look at the games even with the square pixels of monitor u can see rounded geometries infact every kind of shapes and geometries are achieved..In future there will be super development of after effects and also shadows and reflection quality in games
Talking about the rtx cards they support real time ray tracing (DXR lauched by windows to perform ray tracing) in games like battlefield 5 u can see the difference in shadows and reflection quality with and without dxr enabled.
Also the new Technology is dlss(deep learning super sampling).earlier nvidia used the cuda cores to perform AA tasks which hughely impacts the gaming performance if someone max outs AA there will be hughe fps drop..because gpu instead of drawing fps starts to focus on improving AA.
But now in turing architecture u dont have that problem coz separate tensor cores are provided to do the same.with no more load on cuda cores
At the end nvidia has to focus on their technology so as to match up with upcoming games.for better realistic gaming experience
Q)The power supply output for my dream gaming build is coming out as 447W.Is it safe to use a 450W power supply?
ANS.
The power supply calculator shows the peak wattage of the components which cant be reached practically..But for the safer side and also for future proofing go with a 550W or 600W psu
